Proactively develop new business and increase pull-through from existing customers in strict collaboration with product marketing and sales functions in the Local Sales Unit. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid , #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Electrifications Smart Buildings Business based in Malaysia or Singapore. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing local product strategy and launches for our Energy Distribution Digital Solutions portfolio to meet business team objectives and be in line with global product strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzing and identifying potential new customers to develop new business, and interact with existing accounts to increase cross-selling and pull-through, in order to achieve target growth on Digital Solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Following up with Local Sales Units and customers the required actions to unlock business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mapping all existing and new business opportunities in the assigned market, defining business potential for each, and coordinating the connection between Global Product Group and Local Sales Unit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reaching a full understanding of energy measurement and energy management market by visiting customers, highlighting main market findings to the stakeholders, tracking key use cases and target applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitating two-way sharing of best practices from and towards the assigned market in terms of sales and business development, go-to-market strategy, tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring full sales enablement of Local Sales Unit for Digital Solutions portfolio by supporting in the localization of global initiatives, developing training strategy for the country, improving processes for improved service to customers.Qualifications for the role
