About the Role
As a
Market Research Executive
at SION, you'll play a key role in uncovering insights that shape design, branding, and creative direction. You'll conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies, translating data into insights that inspire stronger design decisions.
We're looking for someone curious, analytical, and creative -- someone who can connect numbers with ideas and help our team stay ahead of the curve.

Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's
in
Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
is a
plus, not mandatory
Experience in
market research, data analysis, or consumer insights
is a
plus
Strong
analytical skills
and ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
Familiar with
Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools
(Docs, Slides)
Knowledge of
survey tools
or
social listening platforms
is an advantage
Excellent
communication and reporting skills
Able to
work independently
and collaborate with creative or strategy teams

Prepare
reports and presentations
with actionable insights
Collaborate with designers and strategists to ensure insights guide creative work
Monitor
