We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to generate sales leads and close deals through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases
Receive and handle inbound calls professionally
Explain products or services clearly and effectively
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details
Handle customer objections and resolve queries politely
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
