We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our

Sales & Marketing Department

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support



Manage general office administration including paperwork, data entry, filing, and record keeping. Draft, review, and manage official correspondence. Maintain and update departmental databases, reports, and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requisition Management



Coordinate and monitor the requisition process for office and project-related supplies/services. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company requirements. Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.

Finance & Billing Administration



Process invoices, billing, and related documentation accurately and promptly. Coordinate with Finance Department for payment processing and budget tracking.

Project & Sales Support



Assist the Sales & Marketing team in coordinating project-related tasks, events, and promotional activities. Prepare presentation materials, sales kits, and client-related materials when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in

Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering

, or any related field Prior experience in

property development or construction industry

is an advantage Minimum

1 year of experience

in administrative or coordinator experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills An independent, proactive and result-driven team player with a customer-oriented mindset

Working location: Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
