Job Description

1. Database & Marketing Analytics



Input and maintain client and contact information from business name cards into the company database. Generate and update marketing reports related to exhibitions, events, and client outreach. Ensure all marketing data is accurate, organized, and accessible for internal reporting.

2. Client & Lead Management



Keep all collected name cards and contact records organized for future reference and follow-up. Manage and segment client lists for targeted communication and marketing campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through consistent follow-up and professional communication.

3. Exhibition Show List Management



Update and organize the

Exhibition Show List

, ensuring all upcoming and past events are accurately recorded with details such as dates, locations, and key contacts. Support planning for marketing participation in upcoming shows and trade fairs.

4. Internal Coordination



Work closely with the

Sales Department

to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Assist in arranging marketing representatives or PICs for exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events. Support in preparing marketing collaterals, brochures, and presentation materials when required.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)



Maintain and enhance the company's CRM system. Track client interactions, project opportunities, and proposal follow-ups. Support client retention activities and identify new business development opportunities.

6. Administrative Support & Record Keeping:



Enter data for marketing reports. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Job Requirement



Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with customer and vendors. A good business communication skill i.e., email, letters, reports, presentation, etc. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Able to speak and write professional English. Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Problem-solving skills and diplomacy. Strong communication, teamwork and negotiation skills. Ability to manage budget efficiently. Flexibility to adapt to market trends in event/exhibition material
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
