Job Description

Responsibilities :



Reply to customer messages via email, chat, and social media. Help solve customer problems or pass them to the right team. Keep records of customer interactions. Support marketing activities like promotions and social media posts. Help with preparing content for emails, campaigns, and product updates. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team. Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing activities.

Specifications :



Full-time with

5 working days

, Mondays - Friday Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of customer service or marketing experience. Good communication and writing skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
