Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/\xe2\x80\x9dA\xe2\x80\x9d Level/ Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required Skill(s) : Basic computer knowledge and online applications.
  • Must be able to work well under stress and good team player.
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
  • Key in, update and ensure HeroMarket membership card database is accurate and up to-date.
  • Maintain documents and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration and marketing process.
  • Responsible to customer enquiries on service in a timely and proficient manner via social medias, phone and email
  • Checking of purchase order (PO) and invoice from non-trade suppliers.
  • Assist with advertising and promotions in social media (eg. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) on product information for marketing & sales.
  • Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the Management.
