In addition, to ensure proper management, execution & tracking of agreed tasks with medical professionals, distributor, field, e-comm and brand team, and to translate and deploy nutrition science and knowledge to guide product innovation and renovation and relevant consumer communication.A day in the life of...

  • Lead & manage sales support function in analysing sales data from system & publishing accurate sales data budget vs. actual closing.
  • Enable operational challenges in achievement of sales budget by acting as coordinator between field team, distributor & internal stakeholders to ensure sales order are processed on time.
  • Consolidate pricing and promotion data from e-retailers monthly, reporting on non-compliance to Business Manager and managing E-commerce store.
  • Monitor and validate brand content in NHS website; conduct quarterly product information audits.
  • Coordinate & track all marketing activities implementation to achieve good execution between field & brand team. This includes roll-out of quarterly marketing campaigns, projects & ad-hoc brand activities.
  • Unblock field team's brand execution challenges through internal coordination & trouble-shoot operational related matters.
  • Assist in new product launches, sales blitz & roadshows events.
  • Analyse sampling usage allocation & trends by hospitals & retail team.
  • Liaise closely with advertising agency, suppliers & distributor for promotional materials.
  • Compile, publish & support organization of agreed medical events through enabling the venue, preparation of items/materials requirement, agenda, etc.
  • Lead, execute & maintain efficient day to day administration of the Business.
  • Manage operational buying activities: PR & PO in line with company operating procedures.
  • Prepare orientation program, coordinate training arrangement, arrange for logistics & assist new hires to phase in well & adapt fast to the organisation.

  • Minimum Diploma holder in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3+ Years hands-on working experience in sales & marketing admin support (or other relevant positions)
  • Ability to work alone & in cross-functional teams.
  • Organized & able to handle events on site.

  • Good communication skills and enjoys working with people & can manage and deal with medical professionals.
