Job Summary To secure sales for the project, plan and execute marketing campaigns or activities and to support daily sales admintration work s
Handle sales enquiries such as walk-in customers, incoming calls, online registrants and etc
Assist purchaser(s) on matters pertaining to the purchase of properties from the company including providing advisory on loan
Responsible for collection of 1st 10% upon signing of SPA
Assist all preparation and executing for the sales launches, marketing activities and road shows
Consistently achieve the company sales target within the time frame given
Manage of Real Estate Agencies project enquiries and purchaser(s) management
Conduct market research on the property market and monitor competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities
Prepare sales report
Update and maintain purchaser(s) database and ensure the accuracy in sales system
Manage daily sales gallery operation, monitoring the marketing collateral(s) stock levels at the sales gallery and monitoring the show houses condition
Update the marketing expenditure report on regular basis
Submitting the invoices and monitor the payment on the marketing expenses
Check all sales documents are complete and the accuracy of data
Complete any adhoc tasks assigned by the superior
Candidate is required to:
Travel and meet up with purchaser(s) if necessary (with own transport)
Work on Saturday and Sundays. Off-day is on weekday only.
Face-to-face communication with the prospect purchase(s) to close sales
Re-allocate working area to any area within Penang and Kedah
Work closely with 3rd parties such as solicitors, bankers, authorities and real estate agencies
Work closely with internal department (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project & Etc)
Requirement
Diploma/Degree Holder (Preferably in marketing and business admin)
work experience of at least 2-3 year as a sales & marketing based in sales gallery with property developer
