Industry : Business Consulting Location: Jalan Raja Chulan, KL Headcount : 1 Tenure: Permanent Responsibilities : . Develop & implement sales & marketing plans and strategies to meet company\'s objectives . Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends . Plan, organise and implement sales launches, advertisement and promotion activities . Liaises relevant authorities and ensure APDL is active and monitor regularly . Maintain good rapport with current and new customers, as well as real estate agencies . Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time Job Requirements: - . Degree/ Diploma holder in Marketing or equivalent . Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing in property development industry or related field . Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage. . Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills . Hands on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties . Willing to travel and work at Denai Alam, Selangor / Kuala Lumpur .
