Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement sales & marketing plans and strategies to meet company\'s objectives
- Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends
- Plan, organise and implement sales launches, advertisement and promotion activities
- Liaises relevant authorities and ensure APDL is active and monitor regularly
- Maintain good rapport with current and new customers, as well as real estate agencies
- Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing in property development industry or related field
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills
- Hands on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties
- Willing to travel and work at Denai Alam, Selangor / Kuala Lumpur
- Preferably managers specializing in property / real estate or equivalent
