Job Description


Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\'s activities. Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and review proposals, contracts, and presentations. Manage account opening, information verification, overdue contracts and sending quotation to customers. Responsible for document filing and keeps the system\'s documentation accurate and up to date. Maintain document logs, track revisions, and ensure that all versions of documents are properly stored and maintained. Train regional staff on document filing processes and procedures. Any other duties as assigned. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing administration or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Applicants must be willing to work travel across Malaysia.
