Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Design, Advertising, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred due to client communication needs
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing support or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to continue learning
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, calendars, and filing systems
  • Coordinate internal communication and schedule meetings for the marketing team
  • Manage and maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
  • Organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Track inventory of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, samples, gifts)
  • Collect feedback and prepare simple post-campaign analysis reports
  • Ensure marketing documents and brand assets are properly archived
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for administrative and marketing purposes.
  • To perform any other duty as assigned.
