JOB DESCIPTION JOB TITLE Marketing & Admissions Executive DATE PREPARED 31 January 2023 REPORTING TO Marketing & Admissions Manager DATE OF REVISION Main Purpose:
  • To assist in all aspects marketing and admissions of Imperial International School Ipoh
  • To assist in new student applications and admissions of Imperial International School Ipoh.
  • To assist in planning and executing marketing plans to increase the overall student enrolment at the school across the Malaysian and international communities.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
  • Student Admission
  • Manage the admissions processing of a portfolio of programmes in close liaison with academic departments, applying agreed criteria to make admissions decisions consistently and fairly.
  • Handle telephone/email/face-to-face enquiries independently in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the admissions policies and processes, including conducting admissions tests and preparation of offer letters.
  • Conduct tours and answer questions about the school
  • Process incoming applications for all prospects, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenticity of results.
  • Arrange and invigilate on-line CAT4 assessments & interview for applicants;
  • Retrieve and forward CAT4 scores to Principal for review;
  • Prepare Provisional Offer Letter & Acceptance Letters and contact parents if applicant is successful/unsuccessful;
  • Monitor, prepare and submit related documents for Students\xe2\x80\x99 Visa Renewal for International Students\xe2\x80\x99 & Students\xe2\x80\x99 Visa Cancellation/Shorten for existing International Students.
  • Maintain students\xe2\x80\x99 personal files and updating relevant documents for International Students \xe2\x80\x93 Students\xe2\x80\x99 Visa records (renewal & cancellation/shorten).
  • To ensure parents receive a response from school in a timely manner.
  • Making sure all admissions documentation is current and up to date (such as application form, admission policy);
  • Manage and keep the class lists and contact Information up to date
  • Manage Student Withdrawal Processes
  • Handle Paperwork for Scholarship Applications
  • Marketing Department (Support Role)
  • Assist and coordinate marketing and school events.
  • Assist superior and the overall team in all relevant marketing initiatives;
  • Support the induction of new Mandarin speaking prospects and parents in respect of familiarisation, translation etc.;
  • Working with superior to provide assistance in the translation and dissemination of relevant parental communications, including reports, to parents of Mandarin speaking students;
  • Any other duties assigned by your superior
  • Welcome guests & greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or office
  • Send out letters from school to all parents
  • Attend to parent\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries & complaints
Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
