Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration Support
Coordinate & assist in day to day general administration and operational matters
Resolve & handling administrative related issues, documents and correspondence
Data entry of Invoices into system
Issue invoices and check payment received
Scheduling
Filing, scanning and printing duties
2. CCTV Management
Monitoring people in different locations to identify instances of suspicious or unusual behavior.
Recording all events, incidents and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
Liaising with the security agencies or members of staff to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system and to include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.
Liaising with security staff or police on the ground to provide detailed intelligence about suspects, such as their appearance, actions, or location.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Monitor engagement and track performance using analytics tools.
Brainstorm and execute digital campaigns to promote product awareness and seasonal offers
4. Content Creation
Create visuals, short videos, reels, and write captions or blog posts related to the brand.
Collaborate with design or video teams (if available) to develop marketing materials.
5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Prepare weekly or monthly reports on campaign performance.
Help manage marketing calendars and internal task lists.
Support general marketing team activities as required.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team
