Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and versatile

Marketing and Design Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and marketing support, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to the company's branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events by coordinating logistics and vendor communications. Assist in copywriting for marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional content. Liaise with vendors and printers to ensure timely and accurate production of marketing materials. Support exhibition and event setups, including the preparation of marketing collateral and signage. Maintain and update marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing support, or related creative roles.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva. Basic copywriting skills for marketing and promotional content. Familiarity with print production processes and requirements. Experience coordinating exhibitions, events, or marketing activations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics. Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
