JOB DESCRIPTION
To involve in product development including product concept development & unique selling point identification and differentiation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis on nutraceutical market trend and competitor data.
Liaise with product team (R&D, QAQC, & Production) with regard to implementation of regulatory requirement and customer enquiry
To manage current product portfolio and customer account.
Coordinating with customer and product team for production schedule and delivery schedule.
Global raw material sourcing and evaluation
To liaise with customer on product technical & quality matters including customer complaint and product stability.
Conduct customer surveys to assess demand, opportunities and awareness.
Pose good soft skill in dealing with a range of stakeholders including customer, supplier, and colleague.
Keeping update for local and international legislation, guidelines and regulation.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical/ Food Science/ Life Science or any other equivalent qualifications.
Preferably at least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work with people at all levels and possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently/in group with minimum supervision.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Good proficiency in computer programs / software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc.
