We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to help promote our stock market analysis software products and services and increase our customer conversion rate and loyalty to achieve sales goals. : - Managing live streaming and video traffic customers: Analyzing and evaluating our company\'s live streaming and video traffic customers based on market research and marketing plans, developing marketing strategies and plans to increase customer conversion rate and loyalty, and achieving sales goals. - Maintaining relationships with live streaming and video traffic customers: Communicating with customers, providing pre-sales and after-sales services, resolving customer issues, and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Analyzing live streaming and video traffic customer data: Analyzing and organizing customer data to provide data support for the company\'s marketing strategy. - Promoting live streaming and video content: Promoting our stock market analysis software products and services through live streaming and video channels to attract more customers to purchase and use them. - Coordinating with internal departments: Working closely with the live streaming and video team, customer service, and other departments to ensure the smooth sales and after-sales service of products, and to achieve sales goals. Job Requirements: - 5.5 working days. - Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing. - Diploma, Degree in Marketing/ Business Management, or any relevant fields. - More than 1 year of relevant work experience, with experience in live streaming and video marketing preferred. - We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us. - Proficient in marketing knowledge and skills, familiar with market research and data analysis methods. - Good communication skills and customer service awareness, able to communicate effectively with customers and solve problems. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software. - Possess a spirit of teamwork and able to effectively collaborate and communicate with different departments.
