Supports client relations, marketing operations, and merchant coordination to ensure smooth delivery and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong, reciprocal relationships with potential clients in Malaysia
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Provide administrative support including contract prep and report generation
Resolve merchant requests and concerns in line with SOP and company standards
Identify and escalate complex issues to management
Maintain a professional and positive attitude toward merchants
Act as liaison between merchants and internal production teams
Manage expectations regarding digital marketing deliverables
Share merchant feedback with relevant departments for service improvement
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2-4 years of experience in client servicing or marketing support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in email, chat, and phone-based client interaction
Detail-oriented with good organizational and reporting skills
Familiarity with digital marketing processes and deliverables
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Fluency in English and Malay; Japanese is an advantage
