Job Description



As a Marketing Assistant Manager in Brick House Group, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across our restaurants and event services. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that strengthen our brand presence, elevate the dining and event experience, and build meaningful connections with our audience through both online and offline initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans that align with business goals for both restaurant outlets and event brands. Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels -- from social media and print to on-ground activations. Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and KOLs to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility. Event Marketing: Conceptualize and manage on-ground events, collaborations, and launch activations that drive traffic and engagement. Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging marketing materials, including copywriting for social media, menus, campaigns, and press releases. Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all marketing platforms and touchpoints. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend strategies for improvement. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams including operations, design, and events to ensure seamless campaign execution. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently.
Core Strengths

Strong understanding of F&B and event marketing, customer behavior, and lifestyle branding. Expertise in PR, media relations, and KOL collaborations. Creative flair in copywriting, visual storytelling, and event conceptualization. Excellent project and time management skills with attention to detail. Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or events industry. Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, and WordPress. Knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital marketing analytics. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. A team player with a positive and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications

Basic skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing are a plus. Experience in brand collaborations or event partnerships.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
