At least 2 years of working experience in managerial position in the related fields is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Good organizational & leadership, strong communication, able to lead a sales team & plan sales strategies to achieve our goal and work independently.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
Develop promoting plan according to the distributor\'s needs; curate and implement the company\'s marketing plan and promotion activity plan.
Organize and maintain relationships with the marketing team; handle the customer relationship with customers and product market foresight and forecast.
Handling the product market feedback and coordinating with various departments to meet market demand.
Handling customer inquiries, reception and complaints regarding the franchising operation.
Implement and track various operational performance management objectives; assist the market to achieve performance.
Tackle various operation roadblocks, risk assessment and handling, multiple pipeline coordination, handling and marketing connections.
Support in the design and development of creative content.
Handling of social media platforms.
Participate in business development marketing and promotional activities.
Assist in small scale write-ups on articles/reports.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing and updating post-activity report.
Perform assigned duties with direction from General Manager and to assist team members with designated administrative tasks.
Daily operations supervise and handling of branch companies.
Any other adhoc matters when arise.
