- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention. - Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and other online and offline marketing channels. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives. - Monitor and ensure effectiveness of Marketing campaigns and activities. - Negotiating and liaising with third party marketing agencies - Overseeing company\xe2\x80\x99s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals. - Initiate and plan for company\xe2\x80\x99s brand strategy across all platforms. - Manage and optimize the company\'s website, social media platforms, and other online channels. - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to identify areas for improvement. - Manage Marketing team.
