• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Welcome fresh gradated
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proven experience in customer service and/or marketing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin speaker is required due to business nature (TIDAK HALAL)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Own transport

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure resolution and customer contentment.
• Assist with membership issues, including handling inquiries, processing new memberships, renewals, and troubleshooting membership-related problems.

Marketing:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
• Create engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
