Day To Day The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, tech and product teams to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns that increase our user base. Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and activities to drive awareness of our loyalty program solution among retailers, restaurateurs and marketers. Identify and target key decision makers and influencers within the target audience to drive product awareness and adoption. Manage the team that utilizes social media, paid advertising, content marketing and SEO to drive traffic and leads. Execute guerilla marketing strategies to build more trust and awareness amongst our target market. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotions and events. Key Performance Indicators Increase in brand awareness and consideration among target audience. Increase in website traffic, lead generation and adoption rates. Increase in user engagement and retention rates. Increase in product adoption rates among target audience. A Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. Experience in marketing or growth hacking, preferably in a B2B SaaS company would be preferable Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques and tools. Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
