1) Assist baker in preparations of cakes and other items.
2) Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
3) Assist baker in lifting heavy sacks of flour and other baking items.
4)Assists bakers in operating baking machineries and implements.
5) Measures all the ingredients using scale and graduated containers.
6) Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
7) Basic skills and knowledge in baking.
8) Prepare and checks all ingredients to be used in baking cakes as per SOP.
9) Making sure all cakes are in good quality as per SOP.
