KK SuperMart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Marketing / Brand Manager

to lead our branding and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities: -

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement. Oversee brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity (CI) guidelines. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution. Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and media partners.

Job Requirement: -

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
