Proclinical are recruiting a Marketing Business Analyst for a consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

• Support the project manager, efficiently conversing acumens and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Supervise the implementation after go-live as well as serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting concerns.
• Author functional specifications for application development, advancement, and testing using IT request system such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. as well as MS Office tools.
• Produce test cases and performing User Acceptance Tests in test setting with the help of the QC team.
• Contribute to the exchange of concepts and information in the division.
• You will design detail logics, data values, and criteria for features as a viable execution plan while guaranteeing solutions meet business requirements and needs.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science or similar discipline.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience with familiarity in application development.
• An open-minded individual who is curious.
• Works well with others.
• Able to resolve issues with analytical capabilities.
• Works well while under minimal supervision.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft SQL server.
• Know-how/acquaintance working within an Agile practice.
• Past involvement using JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with constructing test cases for UAT.
• Acquaintance with website development for external users.
• Knowledge of technical SEO and web analytics such as Google Analytics.
