Analyze user behavior, campaign results, and social media metrics to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.
Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform is a plus, including its user base, content trends, and marketing opportunities.
Requirements
Able to write and speak in Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Ability to think creatively and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Can work under pressure and able to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
