Follow up with stakeholders to help expedite the review and approval process, e.g. as the key liaison person between Loan Ops and Salespeople for escalation of pending security docs; compile doc from external and internal stakeholders for various reviews.
Manage partner empanelment and listing updates, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
Assist on Partner Referral program, e.g. organize partner appreciation event, arrange gift and reward, track entertainment budget and so on.
Bancassurance
Track and monitor the Banca licensing status for EMB sales team to ensure compliance.
Track and ensure compliance of Banca training records requirement (CPD hours)
Handle monthly submission of BNM statistical reporting.
Assist in Banca management reporting.
Talent Management
Act as a centralized unit for CV compilation and distribution to fill up the division vacancy.
Work closely with HR Recruitment team as well as Unit Heads for job posting.
Work closely with other divisions and support the Bank initiatives.
Organize events for staff engagement/get together.
Marketing
Compile and track all leads garnered from various channels (online, events, etc).
Provide leads conversion status reports (bi-weekly, monthly).
Assist in managing events, sponsorships, on adhoc basis when required.
Assist in campaign fulfilment, i.e. downloading of reports from SharePoint and share with stakeholders for verification/matching for reward eligibility, raise STD claims to HR for income tax reporting purpose and send communications to respective winners, and so on.
Work with other divisions to support Bank-led initiatives, e.g. CEO Challenge, MyReferral, Simply Spot on KPIs, and so on.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of working experience relevant to marketing or sales management
Excellent communication and people management skills
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
