Job Description

:

Campaign Management:

Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive attendance, buyers and exhibitors for trade shows and events.

Content Creation:

Write and proofread engaging copy for various channels, including website content, press releases, email campaigns, brochures, and social media posts.

Event Coordination:

Assist with the pre-promotion, planning, coordination, and on-site execution of exhibitions, events, conferences, seminars and workshop, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Digital Marketing:

Manage and update social media channels, create digital content, plan paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display), and use web analytics to monitor and improve performance.

Public Relations & Outreach:

Coordinate PR activities, including drafting press releases and building relationships with media entities and relevant industry journalists.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations), external creative agencies, designers, printers, and vendors to ensure message consistency and timely delivery of materials.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market and competitor research, analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness, track ROI, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably within the exhibition or events industry.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills are crucial for engaging with diverse stakeholders and creating compelling content. Proficiency in both English & Chinese is preferably.

Project Management:

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills:

Enthusiastic and dynamic with strong people management and decision-making skills and ability to work on own initiative.

Creativity & Adaptability:

The ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt strategies to changing needs in a fast-paced environment is vital.

Technical Proficiency:

Competency in using marketing technologies, social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), CRM software, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
