As a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies.

As a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies, more specifically you will get to:

Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities

Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction

Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.

Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required

Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets

Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that align with the overall marketing plan and support the mall\'s objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the mall\'s brand identity across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor advertising.
  • Develop and execute engaging and informative content for social media channels, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and activities, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and holiday events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital displays.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets and influencers to secure positive media coverage for the mall.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns.
  • Develop and manage a team of marketing communication professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, and event coordinators.

They are currently looking to hire a Marketing Communications Manager under their up and coming retail space which is expected to become one of Asia\'s leading lifestyle hubs.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications or related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies across various channels.
  • Experience in event management and coordination.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing communication strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
