Job Responsibilities To assist the Head of Marketing in implementing the company\'s annual marketing plan. Responsible in managing marketing and branding for selected brands / products and work closely with Advertising Agency, Product Planning, Sales Planning, Suppliers and etc. to develop a 360 marketing communication strategy plan i.e. to propose and plan for effective marketing events and promotion plans to support sales growth. Participate in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the company\'s business and marketing objectives through ATL, BTL, Digital, Ground Activation and PR events to create mass public awareness and promote sales leads. Assist management in planning and monitoring departmental budget expenditure to ensure marketing activities are within approved budget. Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Management / Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent. At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in related filed is required for this position, preferably from Automotive Industry. Experience in digital marketing is preferred. Creative, result oriented and highly motivated enthusiastic personnel who can work independently. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
