Job Description

To assist the Vice President of Business Acquisition & Technology Team developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. Responsibilities: Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department Set, monitor and report on team goals Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material). Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features). Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives. Duties: Responsible for overall marketing communication strategies, including Advertising, Public Relations, Market Intelligence and Direct Marketing (Integrated Communication Mix) Strategic direction and execution of all internal and external communications (memorandums, letters ,etc), including copy-editing, proofreading and revisions of all materials Advocate firm branding and Corporate Identity guidelines (CI), and ensure strict and consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities Devise creative concepts on how to further drive marketing communication plans and grow overall company brand image, perception and value Propose and executive online and e-marketing strategies (including social media such as Facebook and YouTube) Responsible for the message development and visual directions to the creative agencies for various Above-The-Line (ATL) branding (e.g.: billboards, print advertisements, online contents, etc) Overseeing all Public Relations aspects: media relations, press releases, interviews, etc; responsible to build strong media relations and screen through all company information and material before release to general public. Provides clear leadership in the marketing of media assets through promotions, events, campaigns, partnerships, branding and franchising to monetise media assets, while constantly adopting new and innovative marketing methods Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in business/marketing/communications or related field. At least 10 years' relevant experience in marketing communications, public relations or media industry Strong leader, who possesses effective communication skills and is able to develop a highly competent team. Customer-centric with a strong sense of business acumen. Proven marketing campaign experience. Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask. Strong copywriting skills. Attention to detail. Proven ability to manage budgets. Professional and proactive work ethic. Excellent communications and good interpersonal skills. Independent, resourceful with high level of integrity. Negotiation and sales closing skills are a must. Proactive, able to multitask and work independently when required. Willing to learn, hardworking, able to complete task within given time frame. Able to work under pressure, overtime, meet deadlines and interact with people at all levels.
