JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications plans, such as marketing collateral production, advertising, and promotional programs.
Implementing and managing social media strategies and content across various channels.
Devising and editing engaging content for various digital platforms, providing writing and editing support for all outbound communication channels such as email, promotional materials, collateral updates, press releases, blog posts, and more.
Planning and creating compelling content for the website and social media platforms, continually refining and improving these channels, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to inform strategy.
Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing and communication trends and technologies to ensure RHSM stays ahead of the curve.
Developing the hotel\'s brand identity and ensuring consistency across all communications.
Supporting other marketing initiatives as needed to achieve business goals.
Playing an active role in PR and marketing activities, including running promotional and CSR events, as well as other Marketing Communications related tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Public Relation or equivalent, with a Bachelor\'s degree as a plus
Excellent editing and writing skills - Able to devise and edit content for various digital platforms, including blog posts.
Video editing skills - Proficient in providing direction on video storyboards for website and social media content.
Web development skills - Possesses sound knowledge of web development, search engine optimization, and advanced Word and PowerPoint skills.
Project management skills - Effective at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines.
Effective research, presentation, and writing skills.
Experience in digital marketing, PR/Communications, and project management is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu oral and written. Other languages are a bonus.
