• Assist in analyzing & generating Monthly Marketing Report
• Assist in planning and executing business events such as talks, networking events, webinars with partners
• Receives feedback from members and analyzes where the service could be improved
• Connect members with each other as well as solution providers, investors and other help they would need
• Comes up with various ideas, organizes fun social events, introduces Happy Hours, and encourages people to participate in those events
• Invites influencers and mentors who conduct educational seminars and workshops
• Assist in planning and executing productivity-themed and social events to further build the internal WORQ community as well as the broader external community, together with the relevant departments
• Assist in finding and creating synergistic partnerships with other companies to add value to the members of WORQ community
• Assist other members of the management and HQ team with various tasks, as required
• Assist in building and growing the WORQ community by learning about the ecosystem, networks and what really connects people sustainably so they can collaborate and contribute back to the community;
• Assist in developing the necessary creatives for online and offline collateral
• Marketing responsibilities as assigned by the Founder or any member of the Senior Leadership team or your direct reporting manager

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns and content marketing
• In-depth knowledge and understanding on content management, tracking tools and performance marketing channels
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Professional and proactive work ethics
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
