Job Description

• Possess Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing/copywriting.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (another language is a plus).
• Meticulous in proofreading with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
• Possessing experience in developing marketing content for software IT industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Creating, editing, optimizing, and facilitating ongoing content planning.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms and working with team to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Writing and editing content for online and offline platforms (e.g. Blog posts, articles, advertorials, infographics, testimonials, press kits, brochures, presentations and more) to influence new customer acquisition, retention and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop scripts or other material for impactful multimedia experiences. (e.g. videos/audio script, websites content).
• Researching content and industry trends to ensure that content created is interesting, relevant and discoverable that captures the audience\'s attention and forms an emotional connection with them in different content styles for all channels.
• Think creatively to repurpose content into new formats across different channels.
• Utilizing SEO best practices to ensure that all content is optimized and increase traffic to the website as well as posting\'s visibility.
• Proofread and edit content created by other sales & Marketing team members. (e.g. edm, newsletter, announcements).
• Tracking and measuring content metrics/analytics to gauge the effectiveness of content performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist with marketing projects as assigned by HODs from time to time.
