Job Description
- This role will support in the Consumer team\'s timely & accurate configuration of various go-to-market campaigns & promotions that span across payments, insurance and Digi bank in Singapore.
- Also, this role will assist in managing customer escalations and work closely with the Company Support team to understand any customers\' pain points and to resolve any issues.
