Marketing Coordinator

Location: Petaling Jaya office, Duration: Renewed every 6 months
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

The Core Objectives:

• Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, creative brief writing, demand planning, and go-to-market. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities
• You will need to work closely with the commercial and cross functional teams to plan, execute and monitor campaign performance
• You will need to analyse the results of all marketing activities and present findings and recommendations to the marketing and cross functional teams
• You will need to communicate closely with the creative team & agencies to ensure projects are dealt with in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner

Essential Experience / Criteria:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Comms, or Business
• Minimum of 2-4 years work experience in either Marketing, or Sales
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills combined with an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Critical and analytical thinking skills with a sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning
• Ability to insightfully brief and direct creative materials based on audience, medium and channel
• Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough; comfortable with numbers
• Problem solving and proactive mindset - anticipate challenges, proactively propose solutions and complete tasks without requiring instruction
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to analyse information and present data in a meaningful way
• Most importantly, be very willing to learn, take on challenges and isn\'t afraid of getting their hands dirty
