Job Description

As a marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting the overall marketing efforts of the organization. You will also create content and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate marketing projects and initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Provide administrative support in updating client, key in order and reply email or WhatsApp from clients.
• Follow-up payment after service.
• Attend meetings with team members, clients, and stakeholders to discuss project updates, brainstorm ideas, and gather feedback.
• Create compelling content for both online and offline marketing platforms with a strategic focus on effectively communicating our services to our target audience through various social media channels.
• Provide daily progress report and findings to the marketing managers and director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in business marketing, business communications, or any related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Proven experience 1 years and above in business support and marketing roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with customer relationship management or CRM may be advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Having own transportation.
• Familiar with social media applications and advertisements.
