Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the program team to carry out the sectional or departmental duties and responsibility.
Monitor sales order from forecast and PO.
Monitor quotations to claim customers.
Liaise with customers and finance team on invoicing transactions.
Track and monitor tooling parameters and engineering change order to update the latest costs.
Compile, analyze and summarize all products BOM costs.
Liaise with customers on commercial related issue - cost buyoff, tooling & NRE, product cost.
Ensure the finalized product BOM cost are uploaded on time and accurately in system for finance transactions.
* Compile and prepare the bid tender projects.
