Job Description

a. Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis and SWOT analysis to ensure the market follows current trends.

b. Know well with market place system and campaign

c. Make a plan and schedule 'Marketing Plan' for each month including timeline and so on.

d. Review the latest marketing trends and come up with interesting ideas.

e. Understand and develop efficient marketing strategies and incentives. Ex : FB Ads / Tiktok Ads

f. Organize and monitor advertising / communication campaigns (social media such as Tiktok Affliate, Instagram, FB, online etc.)

g. Interact with Instafamous and Ambaasador for marketing material purposes

h. Make a schedule for content creators every month.

i. Focus on agent recruitment or affliate

j. Monitor and create every post and copywriting on social media.

k. Ensure posting on social media according to the set time and always active.

l. Be a leader in sales team.

m. Monitor sales team reports on a daily basis.

n. Coordinate with marketing agencies for various marketing distributions (brochures, website materials etc.)

o. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities such as radio advertising.

p. Collaborate with management in preparing estimates and monitoring expenses for marketing.

q. Interact with a team of graphic designers to produce effective marketing materials.

r. Lead and monitor the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
