Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented

Marketing Executive cum Content Creator

to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms, create engaging content, and assist in executing marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Facebook, etc.) for Perky Lash. Write compelling captions, visuals, and copy aligned with brand tone and marketing goals. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations. Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and competitor activity to optimize content strategies. Take part in photoshoots, video shoots, and editing content for digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Support brand storytelling and community engagement efforts.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation. Strong visual and creative sense; ability to produce high-quality content. Excellent copywriting skills in English and Chinese. Familiarity with social media analytics, trends, and platforms. Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar). Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for beauty and lifestyle industries is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
