Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Handling them as appropriate by replying or highlighting urgent or important correspondence.
Responsible for the preparation and organization of meetings, including document preparation and notify announcements, arrangement of itineraries, conference affairs, write minutes after the meeting.
Manage meetings schedules, correspondences, and reports, call screening and handling private and confidential matters.
Maintaining strict confidentiality, and interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff, clients, government departments, and business associates.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain a good filing system for smooth and prompt information retrieval.
Follow-up and report to Director on urgent matters.
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.) and promotional events.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Initiate and control surveys to access customer requirements and dedication.
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochure, website material, etc.).
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
Follow up with project manager on the projects/sales updates in daily basis.
Coordinate between the management and leaders.
