Position: Marketing cum Sales
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays - twice a month)
Location: Restoran Asam Pedas London, No. 2 & 4, Jalan 2/12, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor
We are looking for a Marketing cum Sales Executive who can creatively promote the restaurant's catering services while building strong customer relationships.
This role combines both marketing and sales responsibilities, requiring someone who enjoys strategic planning, client engagement, and achieving tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
1) Promote Catering Services: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote catering services to corporate clients, individuals, and event planners.
2) Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by handling inquiries, suggesting suitable packages, and maintaining consistent communication.
3) Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns both online (social media, email marketing) and offline (brochures, food fairs, and on-site events).
4) Client Meetings & Event Planning: Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand event needs (e.g., weddings, corporate functions) and recommend suitable menus and services.
5) Meet Sales Targets: Work proactively to achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective marketing and deal-closing strategies.
6) Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
7) Prepare Documents: Manage essential documentation such as quotations, contracts, reports, and sales records accurately and on time.
8) Stay Updated on Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitors to propose innovative marketing strategies.
9) Provide Great Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
10) Represent the Company: Attend events and exhibitions to promote the company's catering services and establish new business networks.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Experience in sales, marketing, or F&B is an added advantage.
3) Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
4) Passionate about food, events, and customer engagement.
