Reporting to Social & CRM Manager, you will be assisting social & CRM campaigns, and CRM reporting. As a Social CRM Executive at Amway MSB, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and nurture our ABO/APC through various social media platforms and other channels. You will work closely with the marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer relationship management, has a deep understanding of social media, and possesses excellent communication skills. Working in conjunction with many different stakeholders, Social CRM Executive would take the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the following (but not limited to):

-Social media engagement: develop and execute strategies to engage with customers on social media platforms to build and strengthen customer relationships. Setup CRM and social activities and campaigns (i.e.: email marketing , social media campaign) based on communication channels.
-Customer segmentation: analyze customer data to segment and target specific ABO/APC with tailored messaging and offers.
-Content creation: ideation or create compelling information and engaging content for a range of platforms including social media, email campaigns & more. Research new ideas or content concepts that in line with our content strategy and business objectives.
-Social CRM Tools: utilize social listening tools and platforms to track ABO/APC interactions, measure engagement and assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.
-Continuously and iteratively run A/B testing on various contents, creatives, subject lines, audience segments to unlock opportunities and new learnings be it social or CRM.
-Liaising with communication team or external vendor to generate social / CRM materials and marketing team for campaigns.
