This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and reports to the Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia but will work to serve the wider APAC region (Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia) What you will be doing: Outreach to inbound enquiries (contact forms, emails, phone calls, web chats, content downloads) and marketing qualified leads to assess whether they would be a good fit for impact.com Educate and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the solution impact.com provides for their marketing challenges Work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline for impact.com\'s products Collaborate with the APAC marketing team on targeted account-based marketing initiatives to help drive new opportunities for the sales team Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good business potential with Account Executives Provide valuable market insights, competitive intelligence and product feedback to continue to drive impact.com\'s business development strategy Does this sound like you Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate etc.) Excited by the prospect of getting an incredible amount of experience with all critical business functions - Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product, Technology and Finance Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills Above all else - hungry, humble and smart. Self-motivated and passionate about marketing & technology Fluent in English as well as another Southeast Asian language Free Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.
