- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- 2-5 years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or a similar role;
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with event management software and CRM tools is a plus;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion;
- Experience with virtual event platforms and webinar tools;
- Creativity and a passion for delivering engaging event experiences.
- Develop, plan, and manage marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, networking events, and webinars;
- Create event marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, press releases, and invitations;
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure contracts and negotiate pricing;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, PR, and design, to ensure successful event execution;
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency;
- Measure event success through attendance, engagement, and post-event feedback;
- Ensure all events align with brand messaging and marketing goals;
