Your New Role

WB360 & Creative Assets

Download all new assets and sort them accordingly from Adstream into W drive daily Localise and publish the latest assets on WB360 - localized artwork, website banners, living posters, ePosters, social media asset and include any notable news and spotlight articles etc. Provide exhibitors with localised assets and videos


Management of Advertising & Publicity Deliverables & Expenses

Work closely with manager on project management of each campaign across all areas of the marketing mix including delivery of creatives, promotions, digital/social and screening events. Follow up on advertising layouts and adaptation of creative advertising materials such as TV spots, print, radio, Internet and outdoor and submit to Manager for approval. Ensure timely submission of all advertising materials

Publicity

Manages all aspects of publicity for all releases, for both traditional and digital media, Co-ordinate all screenings (including attendance, screening reactions, embargos), and service publicity materials (photos, production notes & EPK) and movie information to media. Assist in Social management, including material handling, monitoring and liaison with social agency.

Trade Marketing


Exhibitor/promo partner promo contests on their social channels/ websites
(Inclusive of premium selection, premium payment, production and delivery)
Planning of in-cinema spaces and create mock ups for Manager's approval Manages timeline of production/installation of all trade display Update all planned/confirmed in-cinema spaces/standees and choice of artwork/video assets

Administration/Exhibitor/Others


RO Wrap Decks Support RO with provision of local screening reactions and official reviews. Submit creative materials to LPF (Censorboard) for public/ad placement approval
