Run digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to attract new customers.
Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports on the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and local communities to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor customer reviews on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Review, and others.
Record customer feedback (positive/negative) in daily or weekly reports.
Identify recurring trends in complaints or compliments for improvement actions.
Prepare professional responses to customer comments or messages (if instructed by management).
Propose marketing strategies based on customer feedback -- for example: promotions, menu improvements, customer service enhancement, or social media campaigns.
Respond to customer inquiries such as pricing, location, operating hours, and promotions.
Prioritize critical comments related to food quality, cleanliness, customer service, or waiting time.
Ensure the restaurant's brand image remains positive through consistent and friendly communication.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of restaurant marketing strategies and social media trends.
Creative, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
