Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including signage, displays, and promotional materials, to attract and retain customers.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online and offline traffic to our retail stores.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Track and report on key performance metrics, such as foot traffic, sales conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and retail marketing trends to continuously innovate and improve our marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing, with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales for brickand-mortar stores. Open to Fresh Graduates too.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
